Business Challenge
The goal was to launch a unique product for the market that allows investors to invest directly in corporate bonds and other assets online while enabling companies to issue and place tokens and raise additional funding.
Project Overview
The VEBTECH team considered the wishes and developed a ready-made platform allowing individuals and legal entities to invest in digital financial instruments without intermediaries and bureaucratic procedures, enabling companies to quickly raise additional funds.
Development Process
Developing the online investment platform, the VEBTECH team followed the Agile methodology, planning development one to two weeks in advance and delivering results to the client.
To maintain project quality and avoid technical debt, the team monitored bugs daily.
The first launch was completed within six months from the project start. Since then, over the next two years, the team iteratively developed new features and improved existing ones.
To attract new investors, the platform was redesigned, the verification procedure was improved and simplified, a referral program for individuals was introduced, the ability to buy and sell tokens on the secondary market was added, and wallet replenishment methods were expanded.

Secondary market
Possibility of secondary sale/purchase of tokens by investors on the platform. Allows investors the opportunity to access liquidity by transferring outstanding finance parts to other investors.
E-wallets
The funds are stored in e-wallets throughout the funding period until the payout.
Consent management module
Adhere to data protection rules and policies.
Project Results
The new product was successfully brought to the market in six months, implementing key functionality to launch the business and achieve key goals.
